Paige Held Beale graduated with a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University in 1995. She attended massage therapy school at Richmond Academy of Massage and continued her studies in Denver, Colorado where she graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with a specialized certification in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. In addition to her years of study, Paige has worked directly with physical therapists, acupuncturists & chiropractors in both Virginia & Colorado. She spent 2002-2004 between the two states both teaching and practicing massage. As of 2004, she has returned to Richmond full time.
